Social Event Management

Overview

The social event management feature allows you to easily manage external excursions for your students. Set up the event, add students and verify their contact details, monitor payments, add students to waiting lists and monitor any under 18 participants or contact all event participants directly via email or text message.

Once you're event is ready to run you can create emergency contact lists to take with you and ensure all staff have all the necessary information to hand instantly.

Using the Social Events feature

Access the Social Events feature from the Student drop down on the main navigation bar

Set up the event

To set up a new event simply click the ‘add an event’ button

Give your event a name.
Set the date and time of the event (must be in the future)
Set the capacity of the event and the cost
Add any notes about the event that all your team may need to know, such as meeting points, what the event entails, what a student may need to bring

You can now start to publicise the event to your students and take bookings.
